Osher: AI-Powered Chatbot for Businesses Osher is a subscription-based AI chatbot designed for businesses, providing a robust platform for enhancing customer interactions. Launched on April 5, 2023, it offers features like state-of-the-art encryption, customizable welcome messages, and support for multiple document formats. The tool is scalable, making it suitable for businesses of all sizes.
Users can integrate Osher with popular platforms like Slack and Teams, and it supports multiple websites while ensuring secure data privacy. The upcoming features include multi-user accounts and channel-based customer interactions, which will further enhance its utility. While Osher boasts numerous advantages, such as an embeddable chat widget and enterprise-level technology, it does have limitations.
There is no free version available, and users may find the document upload capacity limited. Additionally, memory is restricted to short-term interactions, and multi-user interaction is not currently supported. The pricing may also be considered high for some businesses, and updates may be delayed after retraining.
